SET UP !

Dandridge June Jubilee is a Rain or Shine festival so be sure to prepare for weather conditions.

Headquarters will be located at the Jefferson County Post Newspaper office on the corner of Main & Gay Street, just a few feet from the event.  The street address is 1237 Gay St., Dandridge, TN 37725.  When you arrive to set up, stop by the office and a festival guide will direct you your location.

EARLY SETUP – Friday Evening

The June Jubilee festival area will be closed off Friday night. A guide will be on site at the Jefferson County Post Newspaper office.  Set up can start as soon as streets are closed at approximately 7pm Friday night.  This time is based on traffic and may vary.  All spaces are numbered and assigned to each individual vendor and exhibitor.

SATURDAY SETUP – Saturday Morning

A guide will be on site at the Jefferson County Post Newspaper office at 6:30 a.m. Saturday morning.  All spaces are numbered and assigned to each individual vendor and exhibitor.  Setup can begin at 6:30 a.m.  All vehicles must be out of the enclosed area by 8:30 a.m. on the day of the festival.

Emergency Management Plan:

All volunteers and officers will have a central point of contact, which will be physically housed out of the Jefferson County Post Newspaper office on the corner of Main & Gay St. In the event of emergency weather or incident, an evacuation plan will be coordinated with Jefferson County Rescue Squad, which will be on hand at the event. Dandridge City Police and Emergency Fire Department personnel will also be on hand.

Medical Services:

Medical Services & supervision will be provided by Jefferson County Rescue Squad, which will be on hand at June Jubilee located at the entrance of the festival on the corner of Gay & Main Street.

Emergency Vehicles will be on hand and parked within a few hundred feet of crowd area.

Trash Disposal

Please put all trash in receptacles located through-out the festival area. Please do not put anything in storm drains, as these lead directly to Douglas Lake. Upon exiting, please leave your area clean of all trash. Thank you for helping us keep our town clean and event affordable for everyone.

Restrooms

Restrooms are located in the parking lot behind Town Hall.

Alcohol

There is no Beer Garden at June Jubilee, however it is available at the festival entrance at the Dandridge Brewing Co. Open container is not allowed in the Historic Town Square.
